A migrant transgender woman wanted by federal immigration officials allegedly stalked and raped a boy in Manhattan this week, the Post has learned.
Nicol Suarez allegedly followed the 14-year-old into the bathroom of a bodega across the street from Thomas Jefferson Park in East Harlem Tuesday and attacked him, police and sources said.
The boy then left the bathroom and flagged down witnesses, who alerted police, the sources said.

A transgender illegal immigrant busted in New York City for allegedly raping a 14-year-old boy last week was arrested this past summer in Medford but was somehow let go, the Herald has learned.
The suspect, Nicol Suarez, was accused of armed robbery, sexual conduct for a fee and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in June, according to Department of Homeland Security sources.
And he was free to rape children thanks to Democrats.

Suarez is currently banged up in Rikers Island prison. Let’s hope he gets plenty of his own medicine in the showers.

Investigators also discovered multiple journals in which Shockley fantasized about violence, murder, and suicide. The suspect reportedly struggled with bipolar disorder and unresolved trauma from bullying.
