The only person in New Zealand convicted for plotting a terror attack has managed to get his learner driver’s licence while behind bars.
The 19-year-old whose name is suppressed was arrested almost two years ago after planning to ram his car into a group of people and then stab them.
He said he was radicalised online and was planning to carry out the attack for Allah.
