A private K-12 school in Nashville is facing criticism from students, faculty, and parents over its response to accusations that the school’s former sponsor for a sexuality-focused club groomed a student last year.
No! Who could have ever foreseen that such a thing would happen? Everyone who warned of exactly this is just a hateful homophobe/transphobe/bigot (insert epithet).
Teacher Dean Masullo was a faculty adviser for the Gender and Sexuality Alliance (GSA) and formed a GSA club at the school and ran it for nine years. In a totally unexpected outcome, students allege a ‘pattern of inappropriate behaviour’.
“He would pick favorite female or gay male students, text them in inappropriate ways, touch and hug them inappropriately, and take students to see movies outside of school and unrelated to school activities,” the letter said. “In nearly every case, the target of his behavior was a female or gay student, often a member of the GSA, and he would attempt to estrange these students from their parents.
Such groomer clubs have become commonplace in the US and other countries. Parents are routinely kept in the dark about such clubs. Parents in Western Australia have similarly alleged that a male teacher used a similar ‘gay club’ to groom students. There have also been multiple instances of ‘LGBTQ’ activist teachers convicted for child sex offences in Australia and elsewhere.
In a particularly notorious case, Hawaii teacher Alden Bunag railed against ‘TERFs’ and ‘anti-trans bigots’ and accused ‘right-wingers’ of ‘projecting’: “You’re [expletive] acting like we want to show kids porn or something.” Bunag is now serving 30 years for sexually assaulting one of his students and producing child exploitation material.
He’s far from the only tranny groomer in the classroom.
A teacher and LGBTQ activist was arrested in Michigan recently and charged with felony child sex crimes as part of a child predator sting operation conducted by law enforcement officials.
In a ‘catfishing’ operation, a female detective snared teacher 32-year-old Robert Maurice Herzing, who was previously known as Robert Moore, by posing as an underage male on Grindr, an LGBTQ dating app.
[Stephanie Scheib] said Herzing exchanged cell phone numbers, requested photos, and continued communicating and making plans to meet with the pretend 15-year-old boy even after the agent claimed to be only 15. The outlet noted that Herzing was arrested at the Delta Township Library on September 12 after allegedly planning to meet the 15-year-old and accompany him to his home.
The affidavit obtained by The Post Millennial claimed that the September 12 incident was the second time Herzing attempted to meet with the child decoy agent. After arresting Herzing, law enforcement officials reportedly found condoms, rubber rings, lubricants, “fur covered handcuffs,” and a knife in the suspect’s vehicle.
The Post Millennial reported that Herzing had a history of sharing posts on social media in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris, the LGBTQ community, and the Black Lives Matter movement, while sharing negative posts about former President Donald Trump. The outlet noted that recent pictures of Herzing showed him wearing women’s clothing and that the suspect frequently posted about transgender and nonbinary topics.
Pictures of Herzing shared on X, formerly Twitter, by Libs of TikTok show the Michigan teacher dressed in women’s clothes.
But, hey, the meme that predators would use ‘gender-neutral bathroom’ laws to attack children is nothing more than a right-wing myth, at least.
A judge ruled on Thursday that a 26-year-old transgender woman who, at 17, sexually assaulted a child will serve her two-year sentence in a juvenile detention center and not in a jail for adults.
Hannah Tubbs admitted to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s restaurant restroom in 2014, the Los Angeles Times reports […] While Tubbs was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a minor, she wasn’t prosecuted for it. In November, she confessed to the assault. Police said that assault only stopped when someone came into the restroom.
So, they’re detaining ‘her’ in a juvenile detention centre?
