Well, here we go again: that ‘thing that never happens’ is happening. Again.
A trans-identified male is being held in a women’s prison while awaiting trial for the rape of a 14-year-old boy. Nicolas Rivera Suarez, 30, is currently detained in the Rose M Singer center, a female prison located in New York’s Rikers Island.
Remember when you would get screeched at for merely suggesting that predators would seek to weaponise ‘trans rights’ policies, in order to creep on victims in places like bathrooms? ‘OMG that NEVER happens! Stop obsessing over other people’s genitals!’
Yet, here we are. Again.
Suarez was arrested in February after he allegedly followed a young boy into a bathroom in Thomas Jefferson Park, where he proceeded to rape the child. After the assault, the victim sought out witnesses, who then alerted the police.
Originally from Colombia, Suarez was wanted in New Jersey and Massachusetts at the time, and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement had a detainer on him, as reported by the New York Post. However, the exact charges against Suarez have not been made publicly available.
Prior to being arrested, Suarez was an active member of New York City’s LGBT community, and had previously been photographed performing at NYC Pride 2024.
He’s still being served up potential new victims on a silver platter.
Despite being male, the Daily Mail reported on Suarez’s upcoming trial by referring to him as though he were female, prompting outcry online from critics. Suarez’s next court date is scheduled for August 5, with the trial set for September.
While awaiting his hearing, Suarez is being held in women’s facility Rose M Singer Center, due to New York’s policy of housing violent inmates according to a self-declared “gender identity” rather than biological sex.

In November 2023, a former female inmate launched a lawsuit against the City of New York after being “repeatedly sexually assaulted” by a male inmate who had been housed in the women’s section of Rikers Island. Known only as Rose Doe, the inmate says she was subjected to repeat abuse by a male who was permitted to stay in women’s protective custody after claiming to be “transgender.”
Yes, but it’s not like authorities were deliberately enabling a predator, or anything…
Disturbingly, the lawsuit alleges multiple officials within the DOC leveraged the City’s liberal transgender inmate guidance to ensure the male inmate could remain in the female unit.
According to the complaint, the male inmate was “instructed” to claim he was transgender so he could stay in the female facility where he had easy access to female inmates.
And don’t you dare suggest any of the rainbow groomers are using the biological colonialism known as commercial surrogacy to start up their own little paedophile ring.
A widely circulated video showcasing a gay couple’s “surrogacy journey” has revealed that a baby boy is currently in the custody of a registered child sex offender. The couple, Logan Riley and Brandon Mitchell, gained viral attention after posting a video introducing their newborn son. It has since emerged that Mitchell is a convicted pedophile.
Once gain, the wicked ‘far right’ were just… right.
The video, which was initially shared by the couple on their own social media platforms, was meant to offer a heartwarming glimpse into the first year of their newborn’s life. However, it quickly drew scrutiny after being reposted on July 27 by Irish right-wing activist and political figure Derek Blighe on X (formerly Twitter).
“Unless a miracle happens, this child has almost no chance at a normal life,” Blighe wrote in the caption, a post that has since garnered over one million views. At the time, the couple’s identities were not publicly known, and Blighe’s post drew criticism and ridicule, particularly from advocates of same-sex adoption, who dismissed his concerns as homophobic.
“That is homophobic. If the child has two loving male parents, there is no evidence whatsoever that he or she will not prosper,” replied Bev Jackson of Alliance LGB.

Another response to Blighe’s comment from user @LouiseScot51918 racked up over 200,000 ‘likes,’ and read: “Makes me happy. That baby is going to be raised not to hate people and will be loved.”
No doubt LouiseScot51918 would have swooned had the young gay teacher run one of her children’s classes.

In 2021, Mitchell married Logan Riley, a second-grade teacher from Maryland, and moved to Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania. In 2023, the two launched a GoFundMe to raise money for a surrogate, which Mitchell advertised on his LinkedIn.

In November of 2023, Riley updated the GoFundMe with the news that they had successfully found a surrogate.
“Our surrogate went through extensive medical and social worker evaluations in order to be approved for surrogacy.”
If only authorities so thoroughly vetted the would-be surrogate parents.
But that would no doubt be some ‘phobia’ or other.
