What can you tell us about this View from Your Window?
Yesterday’s photo is Napier Airport, 1948. Taken by my father. The babe in arms is wee me. The aircraft is a Lockheed Lodestar. Note the ‘Sunday Best’ dress style appropriate to flying in that era. The older lady (my grandmother) has a corsage.
