What can you tell us about this photo?

Yesterday’s photo was a view of a memorial gateway to the Maori living village and geothermal area of Whakarewarewa (in Rotorua).
It commemorates Tuhourangi soldiers who lost their lives in the two world wars. ‘Te Hokowhitu-a-Tu’ (the 140 warriors of the war god) was the motto of Maori who served in the wars – the Maori Contingent which fought at Gallipoli in the First World War, its successor the Maori (Pioneer) Battalion, and the Maori Battalion of the Second World War. The memorial was unveiled in April 1950.

NOTE: We prefer photos to be from a window with preferably part of the window in the shot.
They do not have to be exotic locations. They can be the view from your kitchen window or bedroom window or lounge room window or car window on the way to work.
