Was Our NZ Director of Health Gullible or Just Lazy?

Was Bloomfield our NZ Director of Health gullible or just straight-out lazy?  The lead-up to and during the first lockdown he was far too trusting of the information he was receiving from The World Health Organization and The NIH.

During the first lockdown and afterwards very interesting research papers were being published by highly reputable scientists, doctors and specialists which put much of the actions introduced and forced upon us into the not-so-believable category.  These research papers and articles constantly undermined the daily nonsense from the platform of truth.
