Good morning kittens.

This is your daily disinformation from your friends in government: the Comirnaty [Pfizer]vaccine is safe, do not argue. We assured you via our poodles in the media that adverse reactions may occur, don’t worry. She’ll be right.

We told you to expect some pain, c’mon. Anaphylaxis? Don’t worry, you’ll only think you’re dying. Whatever; it’s only 5 in a million for heaven’s sake. See:

So, to facts; Aotearoians, 744,443 doses of vaccine administered, woo-hoo! So: one-seventh of us yet only 14 Anaphylaxis reactions, that’s about right for our population of 20,000,000. What me worry?

Bell’s palsy? Look, be reasonable, only 13 faces paralysed so far. Anyway; why do they get singled out, there have been 4,521 adverse reactions, what makes 13 or 14 of them so bloody special?

Deaths? Yeah, there’s been a couple – oh, eight to be exact. Based on that statistic we might expect, I dunno? Only 60, maybe, before we’re all done? Small price to pay. What’s that you say? Only 26 died of the blinkin’ virus? Come on; we reckon 4 of the deaths had nothin’ to do with the vaccine, yes, they had their shot and now they’re dead, that doesn’t prove anything. Another 2 we reckon we don’t have sufficient information, yes, they had their shot and now they’re dead, that doesn’t prove anything. And the other 2 we’re waiting to explain away, all we know is they had the vaccine and now they’re dead, while we await further insufficient information.

Oh, and by the way, smarty-pants, those deaths are less than we expected, so there!

Have a nice day kittens, and enjoy a Covid-free day, praise be to the greatest leader in world history. Thanks to her we have nothing to fear.
