If it isn’t Guyon Espiner manufacturing bad-news stories about Winston Peters, then it is Tova O’Brien and her Stuff buddy, the whoopsy Glenn McConnell, doing the same. Even when the story is actually a good-news one.
In this case it is Tova O’Brien attacking Winston Peters for backing his staff and resisting funding cuts to his ministry and then Glenn McConnell following up.
Winston is on fire as he raises the ire of Te Pāti Māori by highlighting their appalling behaviour.
Christopher Luxon and Shane Jones have both said that ACT’s Treaty Principles Bill is a dead duck.
