Anna de Buisseret was a senior lawyer in the UK and her focus included human rights. She was also a former Army officer. She has spent the last four years championing human rights and informed consent and has been a big part of the freedom movement.
Her knowledge and understanding of the history of British common law went all the way back to the signing of the Magna Carta at Runnymede in 1215, and she taught people – including NZDSOS – to see how shattering the sudden abrogation of human rights has been – supposedly for Covid, but actually as an obvious power grab by elites, requiring many in the judiciary to stand aside. This pained her especially, but she did not rest from empowering people with knowledge and the confidence to use it.
In particular, she felt that lawyers around the world should examine and use the Geneva Convention to push back with, which is as much about how civilians in occupied countries should be treated, not just enemy combatants.
As a person she was kind and compassionate, and always ready with encouragement.
Very sadly, she passed away from cancer on 30 November 2024.
The following short clip is from the 2024 UK film Playing God. It is a powerful message from Anna about what we must do.
