Operation Paperclip was the American mission to smuggle Nazi war criminals out of Europe after WWII and take 88 brilliant Third Reich scientific minds to America to drive technological advancement in rocketry, space search and biological weaponry.
Writer Annie Jacobsen wrote about that mission, and a dozen or so of the actual scientists, in her book “Operation Paperclip: The Secret Intelligence Programme that Brought Nazi Scientists to America”.
“…they [the Americans] had no idea that Hitler had created this whole arsenal of nerve agents,” Jacobsen says.
“They had no idea that Hitler was working on a bubonic plague weapon. That is really where Paperclip began, which was suddenly the Pentagon realizing, ‘Wait a minute, we need these weapons for ourselves.’”

But it wasn’t just the US developing biological weapons of mass destruction: Nazi ally and no friend of the West, the Soviet Union was doing it too. Currently, Britain, Canada, Cuba, France, Germany, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Russia, The Netherlands, North Korea, and most likely Japan and Taiwan work on biological weapons.
American history matters because Operation Paperclip was the springboard for the American biological weapons development programme and the subsequent race for other countries to defend themselves by pursuing their own development.
Biological research is carried out in the most secure of research laboratories, labelled BSL3 and BSL4. American Professor Francis Boyle accurately refers to the US biological weapons programmes as “Nazi science” and he wants all BSL3 and BSL4 biological research facilities shut down, an idealistic goal that will never happen for the most obvious reason that research can be described as virus protection for the public rather than the development of weapons.

He was responsible for drafting the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989 (BWATA), the American implementing legislation for the 1972 Biological Weapons Convention.

Boyle was blacklisted by US legacy media when he claimed in 2001 that America was responsible for its own anthrax attacks.
“The Pentagon and the C.I.A. are ready, willing, and able to launch biowarfare when it suits their interests.
They already attacked the American People and Congress and disabled our Republic with super-weapons-grade anthrax in October 2001.
A fortiori they will do so again to foreign states and peoples when deemed convenient. Us too! They have a stockpile of that super-weapons-grade anthrax that they already used against us in October 2001.”

Instead of the US adhering to Bush’s 1972 Convention, Boyle says the Pentagon and CIA simply took the development out of the public eye and kept it going underground.
In The BFD video, Boyle claims the US has a “stockpile of weapons grade anthrax out there. It could be at Fort Detrick, Dugway or Aberdeen proving ground. The FBI cannot be trusted after a long history of lying, covering up and doing damage control.”
In 2015 Boyle estimated about “13,000 death scientists in America today doing dirty biowarfare work who perversely call themselves “life scientists.” Doctor Mengele would be proud of them all! As Doctor Strangelove said: “Mein Fuhrer, I can walk!” Seventy years after World War II ended the Nazis have won.
Boyle asks “does it appear conceivable to you the Pentagon is developing a massive germ warfare weapon as a means of intimidating the world? After all, it has positioned itself in about 900 bases around the globe from which it can, and does, strike using conventional weapons, and it has used illegal radioactive ammunition in its war against Iraq.”
In 2017 Nature proudly reported:
“A laboratory in Wuhan is on the cusp of being cleared to work with the world’s most dangerous pathogens.
The move is part of a plan to build between five and seven biosafety level-4 (BSL-4) labs across the Chinese mainland by 2025, and has generated much excitement, as well as some concerns.
Some scientists outside China worry about pathogens escaping, and the addition of a biological dimension to geopolitical tensions between China and other nations.
But Chinese microbiologists are celebrating their entrance to the elite cadre empowered to wrestle with the world’s greatest biological threats.”

Fast forward three years and scientist’s worst fears about pathogens escaping may have been realised and China is accused of censoring the facts.
“Chinese laboratories identified a mystery virus as a highly infectious new pathogen by late December last year, but they were ordered to stop tests, destroy samples and suppress the news, a Chinese media outlet has revealed.”
A regional health official in Wuhan, centre of the outbreak, demanded the destruction of the lab samples that established the cause of unexplained viral pneumonia on January 1.
China did not acknowledge there was human-to-human transmission until more than three weeks later.
“The detailed revelations by Caixin Global, a respected independent publication, provide the clearest evidence yet of the scale of the cover-up in the crucial early weeks when the opportunity was lost to control the outbreak.”

It appears that the most secure development facility, and the best of intentions, were not enough to protect the citizens of Wuhan, or the rest of the world, from Covid-19.

Boyle agrees saying “This outbreak cannot be properly dealt with if the highest levels of government are lying and covering up – let alone China which has been lying from the get go.”
Boyle says evidence that Covid-19 is a manufactured virus can be found in the four international published studies on Coronavirus he refers to in the video. They are research papers produced in the US, Canada and Australia which include Chinese researchers from Wuhan and funding from the Chinese government. French scientist Etienne Decroly agrees, saying the “furin-like cleavage site” that is absent in similar coronaviruses” indicates genetic modification.
“Wuhan lab took the work done in North Carolina and Australia and tried to genetically engineer the DNA to create a chimera of three elements at least – the SARS Coronavirus, the gain of function technology from the University of North Carolina and the SARS/HIV technology from Australia to create a turbo charged biological agent.”

Boyle also says “It routinely happens that workers in BSL3 and BSL4 facilities get infected, someone at Wuhan did and infected others in the Wuhan area.”
Boyle also says recent studies indicate more quarantine time is required to stop the spread: “14 days is not adequate quarantine, 24 days is the latest estimate from Yale and North Korea advises 30 days”.
The best of intentions cannot control biological weapons of mass destruction when governments routinely cover up clandestine illegal operations and keep pertinent information out of the public arena. Prof Boyle mourns the lack of ethics in biological warfare and tells us in keeping ourselves safe we are on our own.
