In the Herald Heather du Plessis-Allan believes “Te Pāti Māori has vaporised its chances of being in government with Labour…”
Sorry Heather, Hipkins’ desire to, once again, hold the levers of power in his hot little hands is so great he would crawl over upturned beer bottle tops and even ‘dance with the devil’ to achieve that goal!
That desire probably due to the need to prove himself to all his many detractors and maybe even to his mother.
The mother who was made a member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to science education in 2019.
The mother who was at the forefront of the radical overhaul of our education system, the mother whose work and home life was dedicated to radical educational ideology and very much in favour of promoting mātauranga Māori in science and ‘decolonising’ the curriculum!
Coincidentally, exactly the kind of ideology promoted by the Ardern-Hipkins government?
I seem to remember Hipkins had something to do with education in his time in government!
