Police are confident they have found the remains of missing Christchurch real estate agent Yanfei Bao.
A year on from the 44-year-old’s disappearance, police resumed a search of private farmland near Lincoln this morning.
Detective Inspector Nicola Reeves addressed the media at 3.30pm today at Christchurch central police station following the discovery.
Reeves said the remains were found in a shallow grave – about 15 centimetres deep – along the treeline of the rural property.
