I am not sure the phrase “unfair advantage” even applies to Lia Thomas anymore. That is much too soft of a phrase for what he is doing and almost implies that women can overcome it.
What Lia Thomas has is an “impossible advantage”.In one year he went from being 462 rated as a male to #1 as a female. That isn’t because he became a phenomenally better athlete in a year and he knows it, the NCAA knows it, and his coaches know it.
