Before I start, I want to record that I had the misfortune to be too near the television on Tuesday afternoon and heard the “Duchess of Ardern” Jacinda Ardern, royally, for the umpteenth time, spout the lie of going hard and going early. I can cope with hearing a mistruth a few times, but after a couple of weeks, it is apparent that this is a deliberate ploy to mislead. It’s a disgrace and it’s high time one of her little left wing lapdogs in the media had the courage to call her out on it.
When the Chinese Virus first reared its ugly head, I had an initial conspiracy theory that this was a calculated measure by China to completely sabotage the American and other western economies. China knows it can’t win a military conflict with America and therefore needs to find another way of achieving its aim of world domination. China has also come up against Donald Trump, who has dealt to the Chinese Communist Party in a manner they are unaccustomed to. It is this thinking that gave me my first cynical thoughts.
Let’s look at what has happened since. First there was the Chinese cover up and subsequent lies from the Chinese Communist Party. Anything that comes out of China must be treated with a grain of salt. The PRC are completely untrustworthy and it’s questionable whether we, or anyone else, should continue to trade with them. They are indirectly running the WHO through the man they ensured, by unethical means, would be the head. Tedros has run the China line from the start. That is why he took so long to call Coronavirus a pandemic. He has told lies on behalf of China and is now blaming Taiwan for “racist” attacks on him. He is also supporting China by not allowing Taiwan membership of the WHO.
China heads four of the fifteen organisations within the UN. They have an undue influence in many of the others. The heads of two of these organisations are soon to retire and it is expected their places will be taken by representatives from China. Thankfully, Trump has withdrawn funding from the WHO. Other countries need to follow suit. China is pouring huge amounts of money into the UN simply to buy influence. The western world needs to wake up to what is happening at the UN. Don’t expect our leader to take any action.
Next there is the problem of China exerting its influence in the business world to take advantage of the crisis they caused. When the virus first hit China, Italy donated medical supplies. When Italy got into trouble, China SOLD those same products back to Italy and also to other countries. A large number were faulty and had to be returned. Furthermore, now that businesses are in trouble in Europe and elsewhere, guess who is trying to buy them up cheaply? China. China has trillions to spend. European countries are now racing to tightening their laws around foreign investment.
So the world should be very wary of China – even little old New Zealand. All of the above says that they will stop at nothing and go to any lengths, to achieve their aim of being the ruler of the world. The interesting scenario arising from this is that the UN want a one-world government, born out of an eventual joining up of political groupings such as the EU. Yay to Brexit! China on the other hand simply wants to be the world’s economic powerhouse and rule via economic strength. To do this it has to take on America’s financial prowess on the one hand and change the thinking at the UN on the other.
Hello to the Coronavirus and hello to the influence being exerted at the UN. Cynicism to reality. Too far fetched?
