The media are the biggest cry-bullies there are. They are wailing because Google is going to walk if they end up being taxed to protect failing media companies.
You have to love the mainstream media. They have a moribund business model so they lobby the government, and ignore the irony of them campaigning against lobbyists, to bully Google and other social media companies into paying a tax for essentially providing a link to the media’s content.
Then when Google turns around and says get stuffed, the same media who were calling for the bullying of Google then turn around and claim Google is bullying them.
After years of promotion, EVs failed to justify their place on the biggest stage in advertising. The message wasn’t delivered by a commercial. It was delivered by the absence of one. The free market remains undefeated.
