Jack Simon Watts

Watts should do the decent thing and fall on his sword and perhaps the country will cop some sunshine again.

Like me I imagine most readers have never heard of Simon Watts.

To enlighten you, he’s a first term National Auckland’s North Shore MP who, despite his political inexperience, was elevated straight into cabinet.

Specifically, he was made Climate Minister in which role he’s been an unmitigated disaster.

I say that as I can never recall such abominable weather at this time of the year.

Watts should do the decent thing and fall on his sword and perhaps the country will cop some sunshine again.
