Dear Editor

Hi there

I just read the article about the Oliver MMA business.  I have sent the business the below link, which is an interview with Auckland lawyer Liz Lambert discussing how Work Safe have no authority to impose fines, and that the mandate regulations have Clause 9 that allows a business to employ anyone who is important to their business, regardless of vaccination status.

Your team at The BFD might benefit from watching this.  It sounds as though Liz can’t wait to have a crack at Work Safe when they try and enforce things.
