Pauline Hanson’s renaissance steamrolls ahead. Hot on the heels of opinion polls putting One Nation well ahead of the Greens, and nipping at the heels of a precipitously declining coalition, Hanson this week is storming the world stage. First it was the invitation that Anthony Albanese won’t admit he coveted: to guest at President Donald Trump’s private residence. Even Justin Trudeau got an invite, after all.
On Wednesday, she took the stage at Mar-a-Lago to address the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the only Australian to do so. Hanson did not disappoint.
“Australia … has become an economic and social tinderbox that was created by successive Labor and Coalition governments,” Senator Hanson said.
“In just one year, President Trump has turned this country around … Illegal migrants are being rounded up by ICE and sent home in remarkable numbers.”
“It’s wonderful to be in America with a re-energised, strong and patriotic leader who has the best interest of his people at heart.”
Unlike the miserable quislings apparently hell-bent on turning our country into a Third-World failed state.
“Australia is taking in the same hateful, radical migrants from countries that are having an enormous impact on the UK and so many European nations right now and we’re seeing the impact with almost daily machete attacks, violent home invasions and weekly pro-Palestine protests across our major cities,” Ms Hanson said.
“It didn’t happen by accident, and if you speak out about it, you’re branded Islamophobic, racist, or even a Nazi.”
Except that nobody’s paying attention to the demented meltdowns of leftists who see imaginary ‘Nazis’ under every bed.
“One Nation is rising because we speak the truth. And we say what millions of Australians are thinking even if the media won’t report it,” Senator Hanson said.
“We are a generous country. We believe in a fair go. But that doesn’t mean sacrificing our values, our way of life, or our future.
“Australians are fed up. They’re ready to turn this country around. And One Nation is ready to lead the way.”
Among the things we’re fed up with, Hanson outlined, are taking in nearly a million low-skilled migrants a year during a housing crisis and mind-blowing government debt. At the same time, Australia has, per capita, a vastly worse homeless problem than even the US. Yet, neither of the major parties will even allow a discussion on mass immigration, let alone do anything about it.
Ms Hanson said voters were “fed up” with both major parties, which she said were not addressing issues like mass migration.
“They want the truth from their members of parliament. I’ve always been upfront and truthful with the people. I have given them my opinions,” she told Sky News on Monday.
“People are now saying, ‘Hey, we’ve got to start listening and taking note of what One Nation has to offer’.”
Most importantly, more and more people aren’t letting themselves be gaslit and bullied by the legacy media and the chattering elite. The more they screech about ‘racism’, the less people pay attention to them. In fact, the unhinged legacy media hate for Hanson and One Nation has the opposite effect, at a time when hardly anyone has any trust in the legacy media any more.
If those bastards hate One Nation, they must have something going for them.
