We know that Hillary Clinton did her college thesis on Saul Alinsky and Obama wrote about him in his books.
Alinsky tabled a set of rules which have been tried in some countries.
- Control Healthcare to state-level then the people are controlled (and monitored).
- Increase the poverty level as high as possible making more of the population financially reliant on the Government.
- Debt – enlarge the debt to an unsustainable level, thereby facilitating increased taxation creating more poverty.
- Initiate Gun Control eliminating the ability for the people to defend themselves against a police state.
- Welfare – Take control of every aspect of the population’s lives, food, housing and income.
- Take control of what people read and listen, control what is taught to the children and Universities.
- Initiate Class Warfare or Division – create division within society either by class or race by preferring one sector over the other.
- Remove the belief in God from government and education.
Saul Alinsky died in 1972; therefore, some of his strategies are not in sync with the benefits of a 21st-century technical era, such as ‘climate change’ and ‘renewable energy’. Despite that, it is clear that he made an impression on the left side of politics from his writings Rules for Radicals and Reveille for Radicals. Along with Cloward and Piven they all have been the foundations of the left’s intentions to disable democracy by various means, not by a coup d’état but by taking advantage of ‘voter suicide’, using voter fear, reliance, complacency and ignorance to vote the left back into power.
I have written about Cloward and Piven previously. The ultimate objective of their strategy is to wipe out poverty by establishing economic equality, a strategy they tried that called for overloading the US public welfare system in order to precipitate a crisis that would lead to a replacement of the welfare system with ‘a guaranteed annual income’ and thus an end to poverty.
The Alinsky-Cloward-Piven strategies have been around since the 1950s and 60s. Thank goodness that New Zealand has a government that did not try to take control of our country during an alleged health crisis called COVID -19. We can all relax.
