Jacinda was up north talking to a community leader. She asked how things were and he told her that the community had three problems.
“Oh?” she asked, “what are they?”
“First, we have no local doctor”.
Jacinda pulls out her phone, demands some action and replies, “Well, that’s sorted, there will be a doctor here next week. What’s your second problem?”
“The timber mill is polluting the water ways and …”
Before he could finish Jacinda whipped out the phone again and again demanded action.
“Minister Parker is on the case! We will get the mill sorted and your river restored.  You mentioned three problems – what’s the last one?”
“We have no cellphone coverage.”
