Imagine if gangs of white people were running riot and paralysing one of America’s largest cities with violence and looting. Imagine, further, if a mob of whites mercilessly beat a black woman for no reason. The mainstream media would be having hysterics. Democrat politicians would be clamouring to send in troops, and arresting people by the truckload.
Yet, when blacks are running riot and near-lynching a white woman… there are excuses from the Democrats.
Mayor-elect Brandon Johnson has urged the public not to “demonize” mobs of teenagers who organized a ‘Teen Takeover’ of the city over the weekend, despite the violence that saw minors shot and cars burnt.
Johnson also tried to excuse the mob violence by claiming that the rioters were hungry. In which case, as some pointed out, why did they loot stores for condoms and cigarettes and try to loot a museum of priceless artworks rather than steal bread?
The chaos erupted on Saturday, April 15, when a mob of over a hundred rowdy teenagers wreaked havoc across the city, torching dozens of cars while blaring loud music. At least 15 people were arrested, including nine adults and six minors.

The left-media also tried at first to ignore the near-lynching of a white woman by a black mob – while police just drove right on by.
A video taken during a night of unrest in downtown Chicago shows a mob of people, many presumed to be teenagers, violently attacking a woman on a doorstep as she screams in terror.
The only reason we found out about it was because the lynch mob were so proud of it that they bragged about it on social media.
The video is part of a “mix tape” that compiles various clips from social media showing incidents perpetrated by a “large group” that descended on the Loop this Saturday night. Another clip shows a man punching a CTA bus driver through a shattered window. A third shows people jumping on an SUV and smashing its windows.

No doubt the media and left politicians will deny that it was a racially motivated attack, because the white woman’s boyfriend, who was also beaten, is black.
“Ashley” and “DJ” told “America Reports” on Tuesday that they had been looking for a spot to get food Saturday night when they found themselves trying to navigate a large crowd. People in the crowd pushed the couple, and when DJ stood up to them, fighting broke out.
“As soon as they pushed me, I told DJ,” Ashley said. “I said, ‘Hey, they just shoved me.’ And he asked them, he was like, ‘Yo, don’t shove her. Who shoved her?’ And as soon as he said that, everything went crazy. … They said they were going to kill us.”
The mob pushed Ashley to the ground and immediately turned on DJ to beat him. They robbed the couple, stealing their shoes, phones, a pair of glasses, an Apple Watch and a hat.
Clearly they were rioting because they were hungry.
Ashley said she saw police drive past them as she was getting up from the ground after the attack.
“They almost had to avoid the collision to get past us, but they just drove by the incident in the middle of the street,” she said.

Luckily for the couple, there are plenty of black residents of Chicago horrified by the mindless mob violence. Black residents like Lenora Dennis, who showed more decency and bravery than the police, stepping in to rescue the couple and see them to safety.
