Being the low-information goons that they are, any random leftist will tell you that Donald Trump’s border wall remains a complete fantasy. Never happened, no such thing, never will be.
Not only that, but it’s horrible, immoral, fascist: being the nice, caring people that they are, no Democrat would ever countenance such a vile construction.
But the yawning void between what your average leftist thinks they know and reality is as wide as ever.
In fact, the border wall currently covers about a third of the southern border. Both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama championed building a border wall (before the Bad Orange Man agreed with them).
And Arizona is rushing to fill in some of the most vulnerable gaps.
The state of Arizona has begun installing shipping containers along another section of the US-Mexico border to fill gaps that aren’t covered by a border wall.
The move announced by Republican Gov. Doug Ducey on Monday to install stacks of containers in Cochise County in south-eastern Arizona came two weeks after federal officials told him to remove containers he had placed along the border in southwestern Arizona.
Ducey told them where to shove it.
Ducey sued in federal court on Friday, asking a court to allow the state to keep more than 100 double-stacked containers topped with razor wire in place near the community of Yuma, which sits near the California border. It also mentions US Forest Service land where the new containers are being placed hundreds of miles (kilometers) to the east.
The containers near Yuma were placed in August to fill gaps in the border wall as Ducey ratcheted up political posturing against what he called the inaction of the Biden Administration in stopping migrants from entering the state from Mexico […]
Migrants have continued to avoid the recently erected barriers near Yuma by going around them.

Texas has also bused over 8,200 people to Washington, DC, since April, over 3,400 to New York City since Aug. 5 and more than 1,000 to Chicago since Aug. 31.
