Willful ignorance is the left’s greatest strength. The ability of the left to flatly deny what they don’t want to know about is almost impressive, in a way. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve raised a published, peer-reviewed, scientific, documented fact that runs counter to some lefist nostrum or other, only to be rebutted with, “Well, I just don’t believe that”.

Nowhere is this flat refusal to face unpleasant facts more obvious than when it comes to the very idea that rainbow groomers might be a threat to children.

No matter how often it happens.

Two San Diego area educators have been arrested in unrelated cases regarding the sexual abuse of a student and the solicitation of child sexual abuse material from a minor. Both have been revealed to be part of the LGBTQ community.

This dovetails two of the left’s most treasured hobby horses: public schools and the Alphabet People. So expect categorical denial, of course.

Charles Thomas Boyd De Freitas, 41, was arrested by the San Diego Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force on March 20 and charged with distributing lewd content to a minor and possession of child pornography, the San Diego Police Department said in a press release.

An investigation was launched after a minor reported that De Freitas had sent and requested illicit images from the minor through a social media app.

“Detectives executed a search warrant and seized multiple devices that will be analyzed for additional evidence related to child sexual abuse materials,” the press release stated.
Investigators are looking into whether there are other victims, as De Freitas had worked in the San Diego Unified School District for more than 13 years.

According to De Freitas’ LinkedIn, he worked as a mathematics and science teacher from September 2009 to October 2022. De Freitas also served as the district’s mathematics department chair between August 2017 and October 2022. Both positions were at the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts. Between June 2022 and March 2024, De Freitas served as the associate principal of Hoover High School.

The arrest prompted a flood of Instagram posts from people claiming to be former students. Some claimed to have “report[ed] him to administration at SCPA a couple years ago”. The complaints were swept under the carpet, and the alleged predators assiduously protected.

Another user added that De Freitas was allegedly “so excited” after “he taught us sex ed,” adding that “his public twitter” included links and replies to pornography.

Also in San Diego, what is supposed to be a rare occurrence of a female abuser joined the growing list of female abusers prowling the public education system.

Mt Carmel High School teacher Stacey Michelle Walker was arrested on March 20 by San Diego Police Department detectives and in regards to the sexual assault of a student, a press release states. According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, she was reportedly arrested on suspicion of 17 felony counts that include luring a minor.

In this case, the female teacher really is a female (as is her victim). An even more horrifying case concerns the also grimly common incidence of a male predator who suddenly discovers his feminine side after he gets caught.

An 18-year-old transgender woman man has pleaded guilty to the brutal murder of a 12-year-old girl she he allegedly had a sexual relationship with.

Ash Joshua Cooper will spend at least 15 years in prison after she he admitted to the shooting death of Morgan Connors in the trailer she he shared with her his father in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, in November 2022.

Police say the teen called a female friend on Instagram video after the murder and showed off Connors’ body covered in blood and asked for help disposing of it.

The male murderer is claiming an “accident” but details seem to suggest otherwise.

Police were called to the murder scene a woman called 911 saying her daughter had received a video call from Cooper, who said he had killed someone before he flipped the camera and showed Connors’ bloody legs and feet.

According to court documents, Connors was found laying facedown with her pants around her ankles and a gunshot to the back.

Cooper told police the two had been watching Netflix when Connors got up to use the restroom. However, her his mother ended the police interview before she he could reveal what happened next, according to court documents.
