With exquisite timing, in the same week the High Court of Australia effectively told male perverts across the nation they were free to put on a dress and prowl women’s spaces, a male predator in a dress has been sentenced again. The cross-dressing paedophile and serial sex pest can look forward to being turned loose in the hen’s house yet again, as he will almost certainly be given a ticket to a women’s prison. Again.
A serial sex offender who claims to identify as a woman has been sentenced to a maximum of three years and four months for assaulting a woman and attempting to rape her as she was walking home. Benjamin Charles Jones, who previously used the name “Lisa Jones,” but is now referring to himself as “Willow,” had just been released from a women’s prison one month prior to being arrested for the sexual assault.
The pattern is becoming a civic ritual: lock him up among women, let him out, watch him hunt another one, then discover that schizophrenia, gender dysphoria and an “astral world” are mitigation.
CCTV caught the latest performance. Jones yanked a 31-year-old woman by the waist into a dark corner by a church. When she told him to let go, he was admirably frank:
“I want to f–k you. Just let me f–k you.”
That might as well be the motto of troon brigade.
Jones dropped his pants and tried to shove an object in her mouth to shut her up. She broke free, ran to bystanders and flagged a cop car. Jones, hauled before the court, offered the modern sacrament:
“I identify as transgender and queer… I had nothing to do with it.”
And the court went along with it. In no small part, it should surprise no one, due to yet another simpering court psychologist.
According to courtroom reports from the Sydney Morning Herald, Jones was recently diagnosed with schizophrenia. He reportedly told a psychiatrist that he lived in an “astral world,” and that the devil had made a bargain with his “sex spirit,” and forced him to “engage in sex rituals.”
Oh, well, of course he should be locked in with women.
Despite calling the attack “intentional and, frankly, very frightening”, Judge Troy Anderson promptly discounted the sentence for the diagnoses, the dysphoria, the historic substance abuse, the depression and the anxiety. Attempted rape in NSW can attract 14 years. A registered child-sex offender on his latest outing got three years and four months. With time served he is eligible for parole on 21 November. Two months. Mark the calendar and keep a close eye on the women-folk.
This was not a first outing. In 2021, in Melbourne, Jones stalked another woman walking home, pinned her, and kept asking “Why won’t you lay down and have sex with me?” Hands down her underwear, jeans halfway off, mother still on the phone screaming the address. Bystanders chased him. His defence then – “I didn’t do anything, it was her fault” – was convincing enough for Judge Pardeep Tiwana to slap him over the limp wrist with just three years and three months. Served, naturally, in a women’s prison.
Before Australia even got stuck with him, Germany had already given him six years (in a male prison, at least) for sexually abusing a six-year-old girl. He was deported in 2018.
He’ll have at least one sympathetic ear in the Dame Phyllis Frost prison: a man who made child-abuse images of his own daughter, sent them to a paedophile “Master”, and was allowed to plead gender dysphoria and “validation as a woman” into a four-year stretch among females. The henhouse is not a metaphor: it is policy.
On his previous shopping trip in Dame Phyllis Frost, female inmates, many of them already rape victims, petitioned to have him removed. They noted the obvious: he still had a “working” penis and a record of violent sexual assault, which is as much to say he’s a ‘transgender woman’. Corrections ignored them, of course. The women were told their trauma was a prejudice.
The victim of the cathedral attack told the court the attack permanently changed how she walks home. She had “always walked freely without fear or intimidation”. That sentence should be carved over the entrance to every women’s wing and every High Court that just spent a week confirming that a man in a dress cannot be kept out of a female-only space without committing unlawful discrimination. Tickle v Giggle closed the last legal door. Jones is the practical demonstration.
Maybe the women in Dame Phyllis Frost should take matters into their own hands, and ask fellow inmate Erin Patterson to cook him a nice lunch. A tasty beef Wellington, perhaps.
