“(Get Your Kicks on) Route 66” is a song written by Robin Troup in 1946 and first recorded by the Nat King Cole Trio in the same year.

It has been covered by many other acts including:

Chuck Berry recorded his version in 1961 on his album “New Juke Box Hits”

The Rolling Stones included a version on their 1964 debut album “The Rolling Stones”.

Them put their spin on the song on their 1965 debut album “The Angry Young Them”.

Dr Feelgood used their version as the B-side to their 1974 single “Roxette”.

Earthquake recorded a version on their 1975 album “Rocking The World”.
