Pat Boone released a cover in 1955, which would reach a greater audience in the US and it also helped sales of Fats? original.

The Four Seasons released a version in 1963.

Brownsville Station released a version on their 1977 album ?Brownsville Station?.

Cheap Trick released a version in 1978 on the live album ?Cheap Trick at Budokan?. Fats Domino liked this cover so much he gave Cheap Trick his 1955 gold record for the song.
