Why Is It Always with the Threats?

Te Pāti Māori are always straight out of the gate with threats, and so it is more of the same after the Government announced $30 million of cuts to a programme for teachers to learn te reo Māori.

There is something seriously wrong in New Zealand when one party, Te Pāti Māori, always preface their statements with threats, usually of violence.

The latest episode is their anger at the Government cutting a significant trough, teaching teachers te reo Māori, and instead deploying the money to ensure that kids are actually learning something useful, like maths.
