Why Māori Stand to Gain the Controlling Role

The Labour Party’s agenda was all about co-governance by 2040. But, here’s the frightening bit, it included Māori having power of ‘veto’, which, unbelievably, means that Māori will have the final say in everything, thus, effectively giving them dictatorial ‘control’ over our prospects in life.

Remember the Public Interest Journalist Fund, introduced by Labour during Jacinda Ardern’s reign of tyranny, when media organisations and newspapers were given millions of taxpayer dollars?

The first tranche of payments was $18 million (out of a total of $55 million), which all media accepted except for the Platform and the Westport News.  The latter is privately owned and the owner said: “We prefer to paddle our own canoe”, but all other papers and media grabbed the money, in the manner of street prostitutes.

Of course, it was all a bribe, with ‘conditions’. One of which was that the recipient of the money (i.e. every media organisation except the two mentioned) had to report any Māori and especially Treaty issues in accordance with the Labour government policy. (As their lap dogs).

Nothing about reporting the news honestly and objectively.

Those media organisations should have had the strength of character to make an ethical stand against such propagandist indoctrination, which is at variance with editorial independence.

Because, in taking the money, this created a lot of self-censorship that must, very often, have gone against their own principles. (If they had any).

I know of a long-standing editor who resigned his position when put under such dictatorship.

When news media were paid to toe the Labour Party line, they were very obligingly selling their soul and allowing themselves to be held to ransom.

And in doing so, they effectively became an integral (useful) part of the ‘activist’s’ arsenal, simply because, due to the gagged media being responsible for preventing the truth from being revealed, the ‘activists’ of all hues have been able to get away with blatantly instigating agendas that involve Māori gaining positions of ‘control’.

Here is just one example of a revolutionist ‘attitude’ that drives them: Rawiri Waititi, the racist co-leader of Te Pāti Māori, is so sure of his ‘takeover’ crusade he stated, quote: “Caucasian (white people) as a species are doomed to extinction as a new Aotearoa is on the rise.”

As a back-up to show how this takeover ‘attitude’ is becoming entrenched in our country, here is a quote from the Māori king, who said: “Māori can lead for all, and we are prepared to do that.”

And media appear to believe this prospect is perfectly acceptable. So much so, it was enthusiastically printed in the NZ Herald in January 2024.

And yet, a letter submitted to the editor was rejected, simply because the writer pointed out that Māori having ‘control’ over all citizens, in what is meant to be a democratic country, would be an injustice.

Especially considering that Article 3 of the Treaty guarantees “equal” rights to all.  And besides which, the NZ Human Rights Act prohibits preference based on race or ethnicity.

Talking about Māori asserting the role of leadership, the He Puapua agenda instigated by the Labour Party was all about co-governance by 2040. But, here’s the seriously frightening bit, it included Māori having power of ‘veto’, which, unbelievably, means that Māori will have the final say in everything, thus, effectively giving them dictatorial ‘control’ over our prospects in life.

A point to note about Māori gaining the upper hand, is that the co-governance agenda has not gone away. It is still simmering on the back burner and very definitely projected to come into force by 2040.

It is on record that the Māori Party are insisting that: “He Puapua must still be enacted line-by-line, as a baseline text for Māori rights.”

If you are complacent enough to think this is only pie in the sky, then just remember that by 2040 Te Pāti Māori (or at least their philosophy) will hold major sway over politics in NZ. So, brace yourself.

And the Green Party’s 2026 manifesto states that they: “Strongly champion the objectives of Māori self-determination and constitutional transformation by 2040.”

So, they would appear to be committed to the recommendations of the He Puapua agenda.

And we can take a pretty good guess at what the Opportunity Party will be pushing for at some future date, considering that Dr Kayla Kingdom-Bebb, a high-ranking candidate for Top, co-authored the He Puapua report in 2019.

In the meantime, we are being drilled into getting used to the idea, with more and more specific instances where co-governance is being entrenched, one step at a time.

In regard to the ‘takeover’ agenda being allowed to creep in, an example occurred recently at the Far North Council where 10 non-elected iwi representatives were given voting powers alongside the six democratically elected councillors, thus outnumbering them, so in effect, having ‘control’ of that council.

When one lone brave soul, Davina Smoulders dared to complain about the inequity, and requested an independent review by the local government minister, she was promptly removed from her committee position.

There are people aware of the incremental ‘takeover’ that is occurring, but due to media being so vigilant in their ‘gatekeeper’ role, the truth is being restricted in regard to what’s really going on.

For one, Professor Elizabeth Rata, from Auckland University has warned, quote: “The final step for Māori in the defeat of democracy will be tribal sovereignty. A coup d’état.”

The term d’état means gaining ‘control’ of government by a small group without the use of force.

Anthony Willy, a law lecturer and former judge said, quote: “We are witnessing a coup designed to dismantle our democracy and replace it with the worst form of tribalism.”

These seriously concerned people are speaking from highly respected positions, so should be allowed their democratic right of free speech.

So why aren’t they?

Well, as pointed out earlier, Ardern took ‘control’ of the media, so democratic ‘rights’ of non-Māori were severely restricted under her dictatorial crusade.

The pertinent point being that the worst thing to come out of media having allowed themselves to be ‘under’ Ardern’s stand-over tactics, is that a ‘censorship’ mentality has become ingrained, to the point of encouraging a Woke ‘culture’ of now not being able to face any issue, that is in any way, considered to be of an ideological nature.

Media should be ashamed that back when under the ‘control’ of a committed socialist, they allowed themselves to be bribed into not fairly representing the rights of all citizens of our country.

But they’ll undoubtedly blank that, or resort to the old trick of passing the buck.  Like, oh, but it wasn’t me.

Well, it is you now.
