ABC Proves the Left Are Ignorant Grifters

We all know that most of the left are ignorant freeloaders, but it’s quite something when they come right out and tell you. Not, being as ignorant as they are, that they’re even aware that they’re doing it. Case in point: this gushing puff-piece from Australia’s taxpayer-funded far-left propaganda outfit ‘national broadcaster’, extolling the wonders of the far-left Muslim creepozoid aiming to be mayor of New York.

Of course, a Muslim in the running to be mayor of the US city that suffered the worst Islamic terror attack in US history already reads like something from the Babylon Bee, but it is 2025. This being the ABC, they can’t even tell the truth.

[Zohran Mamdani] is also the son of immigrants and a Democratic socialist – but more importantly, he is making an impact.

Leaving aside that ‘Democratic socialist’ is an oxymoron, in fact he is an immigrant himself. Mamdani was born in Uganda. This could become critical, as some argue that Mamdani lied on his citizenship application, concealing his membership of Democratic socialists, as well as his expressed support for convicted Islamic terror groups. He’s also been caught out lying about his ‘aunt’ in post-9/11 New York, as he tried to make out that the real victims of that horror were Muslims.

Not that that matters to his supporters, who are as ignorant as they are greedy. All that matters to them is the promise of ‘free stuff from the gubmint’.

[Durga Sreenivasan] says that previous mayors have done nothing to address homelessness in New York.

“We’re at a place where 150,000 children in New York City are homeless. None of these [former] mayors have fixed that – all men, all older men.”

And they were all Democrats. There hasn’t been a Republican mayor of New York for 20 years. Three-quarter’s of the city’s mayors in the last century have been Democrats.

But, sure, tell us how another Democrat is going to fix what Democrats have ruined.

“Why am I walking home and seeing people on the streets?” she asks.

“Why am I the only brown person in my class? Why am I the only Hindu in almost all of my classes?”

Because, you stupid bint, you live in America, where less than one per cent of the population is Hindu. This is as cretinous as me moving to Kampala and whining that I’m the only white person on my street.

But, we’re talking about a 22-year-old socialist, here. ‘Stupid’ might as well be her middle name.

Especially when she spouts nonsense like this:

But for Sreenivasan and many of her generation, [socialism] does not have the meaning it does for many older Americans.

In fact, as she demonstrates, it doesn’t have any meaning at all, beyond, ‘Gimme that: I want it!’

“I know there are people all over this city who should have the same access to education, to a home, the same access to food as I do.”

They do. All they have to do is get a job and pay for it.

“That’s what socialism is to me. And no, I didn’t sit there and read all these theoretical books about socialism. I’ve seen that we need to give people a home.”

Clearly, you don’t read many books at all. Socialism is a word with an actual meaning – but, as multiple surveys have shown, the people who most favour socialism are the least able to accurately define it. If you’re voting for something you can’t even accurately define, you’re not just an idiot: you’re a dangerous idiot.

Speaking of dangerous idiots.

Bernie Sanders, the independent senator popular with younger Americans, has long championed the need to close the wealth gap but now that issue is gaining wider traction.

Sanders says that Elon Musk has as much wealth as the bottom 52 per cent of American families.

He also says the top one per cent of Americans have as much wealth as the bottom 93 per cent.

What he doesn’t say is that he is well and truly ensconced in the top one per cent: a multimillionaire despite not ever having worked a single job outside politics. As Harry S Truman said, if you see someone who got rich from politics, you’re looking at a crook.

But Democrats would vote for Al Capone if he promised them ‘free stuff’.

Mamdani is also promising free child care for all, free buses for all, government-owned grocery stores to sell subsidised groceries and a freeze in rent increases.

That is pretty much what you’d expect from an absentee landlord who went to an exclusive private school, but refuses to budge from his rent-controlled home. Rent controls that are driving up rents for everyone else who isn’t lucky enough to squat in housing intended for the poor.

[Political analyst Elaine Kamarck] says […] “They’re not paying a lot of attention to the reality of what he’s proposing, which really, frankly, he can’t do.

“He’s only got two options. One is he’s going to have to move away from some of these more outlandish proposals, or if he tries to do them, he’s going to find white flight from Manhattan and that will take away the tax base and make the situation even worse.”

Unfortunately, you’re battling against lazy stupidity like this:

“When people are knocking on the doors of a church because they don’t have food … in the wealthiest city in the wealthiest country there’s literally not enough food,” [Reverend Rashad Moore] says.

There literally is. More than enough.

You just have to pay for it yourselves, you freeloading cretins.

Just try not to shovel slop into your gobs with your fingers, like pigs at a trough.
