The deception around the mandating of two doses of vaccine for under-18-year-olds contrary to official advice was not the only egregious activity going on behind closed doors in 2021.  The following are additional instances where the official recommendations from science advisors provided to government did not reach the public.

The 21 July 2021 CV TAG Memo re myocarditis following vaccination records:

24. CV TAG recommends that:

a) People aged 16–29 years receive their second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least 8 weeks after the first dose. A longer interval between doses may reduce the frequency of some side effects while conferring robust protection from COVID-19.

d) Anyone who develops confirmed myocarditis and/or pericarditis after the first dose should not receive a second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. CV TAG will consider alternative options for a second dose of COVID-19 vaccination in this group at a future date as evidence emerges from overseas safety monitoring sources.

The 17 August 2021 CV TAG Minutes document deliberate concealment from the public of the reason for the change in dosing interval (to reduce risk of myocarditis) from three weeks to six weeks. [For further concealment, this paragraph was also redacted in one OIA response!]:

6.0 Myocarditis after Pfizer Vaccination

The risk management communication relating to myocarditis was addressed with the announcement of the dosing interval extension. It was requested that references to increasing dosing intervals potentially providing some protection against myocarditis be removed from communications. This has been actioned.

Who requested this and why?

These same minutes note:

5.0 Dosing Interval for Pfizer

The Chair shared that the extension of the interval between doses was accepted by the Director-General and announced by the Prime Minister last week and was framed as providing greater population protection.

The CV TAG meeting on 19 October 2021 also reiterated that people who had been harmed by dose one, should not get a further dose.

6.0 Myocarditis after Pfizer Vaccination

As previously noted, people who have myocarditis after their first dose should not be offered a second dose of an mRNA vaccine, and an alternative vaccine or no further doses should be considered for those people.
