Over the last few weeks, we’ve had dozens of enquiries about how to comply with the 20 December amnesty deadline for those caught up by delays in the Police processing applications for endorsements or valuation, where prohibited items have been notified but not yet collected by Police, or delays in carrying out modifications. And it’s not easy to comply with the new laws.  The regulations are complex.
