Sir Elton John is back from retirement and a behind the scenes video shot during a recording session for his new album shows the diva having a meltdown - or two.
It’s the veteran superstar’s first album in four years and it’s a collaboration with country artist Brandi Carlile.
Recorded in a Los Angeles studio in just 20 days the 77-year-old said the new studio album, is “the start of my career Mark 2”.
“This record was one of the toughest I’ve ever made, but it was also one of the greatest musical experiences of my life,” he said.
For the first time John allowed cameras in the studio to film the whole recording process. It means the viewer gets to see when things go wrong for the singer, who is famous for his short temper.
