How does one describe Lisa Carrington? I’m not very good with words so I won’t even try. She is now equal with 3 other NZers with the amount of Olympic medals she has won with 5. Lisa still has 2 events to go. She is the only kiwi ever to win 3 Olympic golds in 3 different games in the same event. 2 golds today, one in the K1 200 and one with partner Caitlin Regal in the K2 500. Today Lisa had 4 races (2 semi and 2 finals) in just over 3 hours not just winning them all quite easily but won all 4 in Olympic winning times. As I said I would not know where to start to describe this amazing women.
