Wow...I’m embarrassed!
I’m embarrassed that Iran, a Muslim country, is calling out France’s mockery and NZ’s PM Chris Luxon is silent. Shame on Christian Chris!
Today, Iran has come out formally in a public statement condemning France for mocking Christianity... specifically the mockery of Jesus Christ and the Last Supper.
Iran is a Muslim country! They don’t even like Christianity – they routinely attack churches.
Russia has also sent a formal complaint to France for their disgusting Opening Ceremony.
Where is the condemnation from New Zealand, where Christianity is our predominant religion?
Iran is mocking the Western world right now. They are showing up the weakness of Christian countries and Christian leaders.
This is revolting and revealing.
I believe God is undertaking a massive worldwide sifting. God is cleaning His church up!
God wants to know “Who will stand for me?” Who is hot, cold or lukewarm? (Revelation 3:16)
Who are sheep and who are goats?
Matthew 25:32 – “All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.”
All the nations were gathered at the Olympics and now we see a sifting taking place.
Which nations stood up in disgust?
There’s a massive swathe of lukewarm Christians. There’s a massive number of ‘goat’ churches.
If you’re neither hot or cold, God will spit you out of his mouth.
Within Christianity, there is a sifting and a shifting. On one hand, there is a brand of Christianity that is religious, contaminated and compromised. On the other hand, there is a brand of Christianity that is staunch in their faith and convictions and not afraid to stand up to defend their God.
I can’t speak for other churches... but Destiny Church is a rare breed... the new brand of Christianity.
Destiny Church was one of the few Christian churches globally to publically condemn France for their actions from the pulpit on Sunday: to declare our stance and to defend our God and our faith.
In the absence of leadership from our Prime Minister Chris Luxon and politicians, who still remain quiet on this global issue that other nations are addressing... instead, we saw Destiny Church call out the rot.
Globally, we see the collapse of Western countries because of the collapse of Christian churches. New Zealand is fortunate to have Destiny Church, who is standing in the gap, so that God does not spit us out, to ensure God still defends this freeland.
We do not need Iran to defend our Christian faith! We do not need Russia to defend our Christian faith! We will do it!
God defend New Zealand!
