Kaiapoi Residents Noticeboard Must Stop the Bullying Now! *UPDATE

Kaiapoi Residents Noticeboard

Table of Contents

Cancel Culture bullies are heartless and vicious. The Kaiapoi Residents Noticeboard on Facebook need to clean up their toxic page and show some compassion to a man and his wife for whom the punishment is out of all proportion to the ‘crime.’

UPDATE: The message from David Gaughan’s wife has been removed from the Kaiapoi Residents Facebook page and unfortunately we did not take a screenshot before it was removed.

In summary, her message was an appeal to the vicious bullies to stop their ongoing heartless attacks on her husband. She reminded them of all the good he and his business had done for the community and pointed out that we all make mistakes. She also made pertinent points about why it is ridiculous to label him a hardened racist.

His mental health is now in crisis and she was deeply distressed at the effect the ongoing social media campaign was having on him. She said that the Kaiapoi Residents Noticeboard had pushed him over the edge.

It was an emotional plea for mercy from a woman who loves her husband. It made very clear the financial and emotional devastation that both she and her husband are enduring because someone decided to publicly crucify him for something he said online.

Please share so others can discover The BFD.
