The ability of hyper-privileged Western, mostly white, women to punch themselves in the face is almost impressive. From simpering with their ‘Refugees Welcome’ signs as hordes of Muslim rapists swarm their countries, to tilting their heads and cooing while predatory male fetishists flock into their daughters’ changing rooms, these virtue-signalling idiots will look at anything and everything that will make their lives worse and screech, ‘I WANT IT NOW!’
Even if it kills them. Literally.
A major Melbourne hospital exhausted its entire supply of a key blood type in a desperate bid to save wellness influencer Stacey Warnecke after she suffered catastrophic bleeding following a freebirth.
Warnecke, 30, is believed to have died from complications of a postpartum haemorrhage after giving birth to her son, Axel, in a water bath at her Seaford home on September 29, the Coroner’s Court heard on Wednesday.
The freebirth was attended by Emily Lal, a doula since banned from providing health services by the Health Complaints Commission.
So-called ‘freebirthing’, also known as ‘wild pregnancy’ is the latest lunatic fad for the sort of middle-class, privileged Western women for whom wheatgrass smoothies and ‘gluten intolerance’ is just so 20-teens. It means going through the entirety of pregnancy and childbirth resolutely avoiding any and all contact with doctors, nurses, obstetricians and hospital. Just some crazy old bat with an inflatable kiddie pool and a polytechnic course in whatever the hell a ‘doula’ is.
Yes: 200 years after Ignaz Semmelweis saved the lives of millions of women and babies by pondering, ‘Hey, what if we wash our hands between patients?’, these silly bints have decided that all that top-notch medical care isn’t for them. They’re maniacally determined to revert to the ‘good old days’ when as many as one-in-10 women died in childbirth.
And they’ll kill themselves and their babies if that’s what it takes to keep up with the Joanses.
Heather Tsai almost died giving birth to her first baby at home after a three-day labour ended in eight hours of haemorrhaging. But she has no regrets about her decisions […]
“Really I think it’s just about knowing yourself,” the 31-year-old says. “I knew what my body needed.”
What your body needed was a doctor, you demented frightbat.
Instead, she did everything she could to kill herself and her baby. When a midwife panicked and called an ambulance, she turned them away, because it “didn’t align with her birth plan”. Even the bloody (literally) doula begged her to go to the hospital.
Word to the not-so-wise, when some shrivelled hippy crone with no medical training tells you you need to go to the hospital – you need to go to the hospital.
Three guesses: she didn’t.
Even after the baby nearly died in childbirth and she was haemorrhaging for eight hours, passing out “like an exorcism”, she refused to call an ambulance because – get this – “Tsai felt driving at night with her newborn would only increase her stress.”
It’s not like this psychotic bint had the excuse of ignorance: her parents are a cardiologist and a PhD in pharmacology. They clearly think she’s barking mad: “these differences of opinion have strained the family dynamic, but Tsai is confident in her decisions”.
No: she’s completely insane – and very, very, very lucky.
A total of 24 clinicians mounted an extensive effort to save [Stacey Warnecke] over the next six hours, inserting a balloon to stem the bleeding, and performing an emergency hysterectomy and a procedure to remove a large amount of fluid that had gathered in a sac around her heart.
She was intubated, given CPR and blood transfusions. She suffered several cardiac arrests and died in the intensive care unit about 11am.
“As a measure of how severe her presentation was, and how hard clinicians worked to save her, the hospital’s supply of her blood type was completely exhausted,” [counsel assisting the coroner Rachel Ellyard] said […]
“Stacey’s pregnancy was a great happiness for her and her husband,” Ellyard told the court. “She really wanted to be a mother.”
Instead, her child is growing up motherless.
Still, at least that’s one child who’s survived a ‘freebirth’ at the hands of this lunatic ‘doula’. Others weren’t so lucky.
The birthing influencer was also mentioned at the August coronial inquest into the 2022 death of a newborn, known as Baby E, who died following a prolonged freebirth in a bacteria-filled inflatable pool rented from Lal.
Well, at least they were natural bacteria.
