Perhaps the Auditor-General should look at the wonky advice manufactured to push an agenda from the Ministry of Health instead, after declining to investigate the Government’s decision to cut excise tax on heated tobacco products.
The gist of Key’s observation does seem equally apt – there’s a transformation going on, and anyone interested in politics, economy and society would be wise to seriously try to understand what’s going on.
