I came across this strange man on Arkles Strand, standing on the beach holding a walking stick. He was covered in seaweed and had attracted a curious crowd.
Given that he is the creation of a beachcomber making the most of the seaweed and a large piece of driftwood thrown up by the sea over the past couple of weeks I think he is bound to give someone a heart attack when walking on the beach late at night.
