RNZ and Guyon Espiner deliberately mislead with a deceitful story about excise tax changes.

OPINION

Radio NZ and their “journalist” Guyon Espiner have always had a hard-on for NZ First. This time they’ve decided to go after Casey Costello and push a non-story that has led Labour MPs to spread the disinformation in an overtly deceitful manner.

The headline misleads in the extreme, suggesting that the Government has set aside $216 million to pay for tax cuts on heated-tobacco products.
