If you are a regular reader of The BFD the easiest way to get your daily fix is to sign up to our FREE daily newsletter called the Daily Digest.

It contains all the day’s articles complete with a photo and the first paragraph of each article so that you can decide at a glance which ones you are most interested in reading.

The newsletter contains links directly to the articles on The BFD so you can read them in full.

It costs nothing and we have had lots of positive feedback about it as it is a very simple format that makes it easy to scroll your way through the articles in the same way that you would on a basic blog format.

You will find the Daily Digest sign up on the Home page on the right-hand side.

You will find it on our homepage on the right-hand side.

It is a very simple process.

Enter your e-mail address and your first and last name then click on Subscribe to Daily Digest and you are done.

If you ever want to stop the newsletters simply scroll to the bottom of one of them to find the unsubscribe link and click on it.
